Your order will begin its journey from the Netherlands, packed carefully and sent on its way to you.

When will my order ship?

Orders are packed and dispatched within 5 business days, although I usually get them out much sooner.

I’m a small independent artist rather than a giant warehouse full of suspiciously efficient robots, so occasionally I need those few extra days to get everything ready properly.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with any available tracking information.

Delivery times

The delivery time shown at checkout is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date.

Once your little package leaves my hands, its journey is in the hands of the shipping carrier. Delivery times can vary depending on your country, local postal services, busy periods, customs and other adventures happening along the way.

Unfortunately, I can't guarantee delivery by a specific date.

International orders

Orders are shipped from the Netherlands, and international deliveries may take a little longer to arrive.

Depending on where you live, your order may also be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other local charges. Where applicable, these are the responsibility of the recipient.

I'll happily help where I can. Once a parcel is with the carrier I can't make the post move faster, but I will do my best to help you figure out where it might have wandered off to.

Packaging

I try to keep the packaging as kind to the planet as possible. Orders are packed using recycled and recyclable materials wherever possible, with unnecessary plastic and excess packaging kept to a minimum.
